Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQs

  • We are located right next to the ever-popular Boatwerks restaurant. Here is the address:

    265 Kollen Park Drive
    Holland, MI 49423

Be careful with that, though, as people often end up at the fire station when they plug that address into their GPS.

Just type in “Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant,” and you’ll get to us!

  • We have several parking spots in front of our building.

We also have spots reserved for us at the Boatwerks Restaurant. Just look for the signs.

  • Yes! We have a reserved handicapped-accessible parking spot, a ramp leading up to our front door, wide hallways, and a restroom with extra space for wheelchairs or other assistive devices.

  • You can pay by cash or card at the front desk.

We do not carry change in the office, so if paying by cash, please have the exact amount ready.

We also have a nifty patient portal where you can pay with your card.

Ask support staff about our payment plans or how you can apply for care credit.

  • Yes! We accept most insurances, including BCBS, Priority Health, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, ASR, and most Medicaid plans.

Support staff will check your benefits prior to your appointment. Also, please note, while some insurances will cover therapy in our office, they may not cover assessments in our office.

  • Yes! We LOVE animals here. You’ll often see our sheep-a-doodle in the office, basking in the sun filtering through the windows.

We would love to meet your dog, too! We ask that you have someone with you to take your dog with them after we have finished all greetings—and that they be potty-trained, quiet, and not bite.

Before bringing your dog in, please inform your therapist beforehand to ensure it’s okay. Some days and times are not convenient for having extra paws in the building (e.g., when there are a lot of kids, when another pet is in the building, etc.).

All professionally trained service dogs are welcome.

  • We have had people bring in various pets, including birds and tarantulas! We request that you ask permission first, as each therapist will have their preference.

Please have someone available to take your pet after we meet them so you can spend your appointment time without your pet.
