FAQs about Therapy

  • Most therapy sessions are 45-55 minutes in length.

  • Sessions are offered both in person and virtual. It's your choice!

  • The number of sessions provided and the focus of each session depends on you, your concerns, and your goals.

    The first session is typically used to understand what’s brought you to therapy and how we can best help you.

    You will be fully involved in your treatment plan and the determination of how many sessions you will attend.

  • We never want finances to be a reason you can’t receive services, so please reach out to see how we can help.

    We offer payment plans and sliding-scale fees for individuals paying cash. We also offer the option to apply for care credit which allows for deferred interest if paid within the promotional period.

    We also bill insurance. If you go through your insurance, your insurance decides how much services cost. The amount you are responsible for is determined by your insurance plan (e.g., your deductible, copay, coinsurance, etc.).
