Psychiatrist

Your expertise in medication management and as a diagnostician will play a vital role in supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and BIPOC individuals. Your Role:

As a Psychiatrist at Psychological Insights, you will deliver comprehensive care by managing medications and collaborating closely with therapists. You’ll enjoy the autonomy to manage your schedule while benefiting from a supportive administrative and clinical team that helps you focus on your patients’ needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must hold a Medical Degree (MD or DO) with an active medical license in the state of Michigan and be board certification in Psychiatry. You must have DEA registration for prescribing medications.

Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist who is organized, professional, and committed to providing excellent service to our clients and clinicians. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong administrative and customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role:

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Psychological Insights, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling appointments and managing client flow

• Answering and making calls professionally

• Assisting clinicians with administrative tasks

• Filing, faxing, and handling office documents

• Helping with billing and insurance tasks

• Light cleaning to maintain a welcoming office environment

• Ordering and managing office supplies

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Be fluent in Spanish and English (Required)

• Have strong communication and organizational skills

• Be comfortable using office technology and scheduling systems

• Have previous experience in an administrative role (preferred)

Compensation: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
