Our Supervision Services
Individual Supervision
Meet individually with your supervisor
50 minute session ($125 per session)
Supervisor will review and sign notes if required
Access to supervisor for urgent needs outside of supervision sessions
Triadic Supervision
Meet with your supervisor and another supervisee at a similar level of training as yourself
60 minute session ($90 per person per session)
Supervisor will review and sign notes if required
Access to supervisor for urgent needs outside of supervision sessions
Group Supervision
Meet with your supervisor and up to 7 other supervisees at a variety of training levels
90 minute session ($75 per person per session)

Dr. Erica Pearson (she/her) follows the Integrative Development Model of supervision, which allows her to tailor her interpersonal and reflective approach to the individual needs of each supervisee as they grow into confident and competent counselors. Supervision sessions feature clinical skill consultation and feedback, exploration of theoretical orientation and therapeutic style, reflection on professional identity, development of effective and informed interventions, and conversation about identity, privilege, and oppression. She emphasizes the importance of authenticity and self care throughout her supervisees’ professional journeys.
